Le Bread Days

I had breakfast at the Le Bread Days in SS2. I remember few months ago this was a hot topic in town. 

I steps in the shop at 11am. It was crowded. Immediately I got to queue and get the most popular salted egg croissant as it's self service cafe. 

Can't wait to sit down and cut it. The salted egg uncontrollably flow out. 

It taste good! I thought it will be weird as salted egg in my memory was only in Bak Chang. The smells good and just blend with crossaint. 

Ramada Plaza Dua Stentral Kuala Lumpur

I'm attending 5 days training at Ramada Hotel. It's belong to a US group and just changed and rename it to Ramada. Previously was Best Western Hotel.

The location is quite strategic and it's near to Kl sentral and the old town of Kuala Lumpur 

I drove here. At first, I need to use Waze to guide me. It's quite difficult to get here as only one entrance. 

Car park of this hotel is quite confuse because it's combined with TNB building. You need to drive to level 4 & level 5 to get the lift to the hotel lobby 

The food & beverage for function guest is good. Coffee bean blended. Nice latte and coffee.

The staffs are nice too. Everytime we came out from the training room they will ask us what type of coffee we need and it is without failed. 

Japan snack - TRIADE Marron

Today, I wanted to try out brand of Juchheim TRIADE Marron. A cake of 2 layer 

The flavor mixed evenly. 

From my point of view-

1. Quite oily 

2. The taste not bad. The mixture of butter and cocoa is quite good. Especially the nuts inside the cake 

3. Size is quite nice for a snack 

4. However, I won't buy it next time. 

Japan snacks - Banana

I've heard about the famous banana from Japan since beginning of this year. I got a chance to try out finally. 

It looks like this 

Looks like banana. I can't wait to open and eat it. 

Smells good. Like genuine banana. 

Not that sweet. Inner part has the original banana 

Brown in colour. The outer layer smooth and silky texture. It is different than the normal sponge cake. The inner part is quite a good mixture with the sponge cake 

One thing need to inform, the experience date is seriously short and I guess need to eat it within a week! This is the good part of Japan snack.

Conclusion, you may try once, but at the end of the day, you will definitely go to the grocery store and buy a genuine banana and eat it. Original always better. 

Parit Buntar Delicacy Guan Hiang Biscuit 巴里文打之光-元香饼家

今天，回到家乡。发现到巴里文打最著名的香饼已搬去Pekan Baru
这样也好，上一次我去他久地方根本找不到他的‘家’
他以前是在新华小学的对面
但，我还是找不到。每一次我都要拜托我妈妈帮我去买
拿到吉隆坡给我，而且，一包一定不够

元香饼家刚刚在Pekan Baru新开张
也换了新包装。

虽然他们的店家，不会显示到机器有多么的先进，包装有多么的吸引人
但是，真才实料，不管有没有先进的机器与包装。好吃才是王！才是赞！

一走进去，就看到大大的透视玻璃看得到专业的厨师们准备香饼

他们家只有一个压包装的机器，在玻璃外看进里面

一个感觉，店面还真新！

里面有许许多多，一颗颗的香脆香饼

工作人员，一包一包用心的包起来

都靠手工

所以呢，我买了五包，而且我是看到他们从篮子上新鲜的放进纸袋里

可以想象到，多么的新鲜啊！

终于看到姐姐从准备室拿了出来

我迫不及待的摸一摸香饼，

是温的！！

新鲜啊！

价钱也很合理

当我买时还没推出精美独立包装

所以我买了经济包装

更何况我一回到家，我会迫不及待的打开来吃

精美不精美，其实我也不太介意

最重要的是，好吃吗？！

他们饼家只有两种

黄糖，白糖

我两包都买了

这是黄糖的。一咬下去，真的脆呀！

甜而不腻

而且香饼的脆皮，有着烤香味道

我可以吃到一层层的烤皮

里面的黄糖很香，很香

我可以说，元香饼家是巴里文的之光啊！

Photobook 真行

还记得去年，我同事带来了几本photobook给我看，她去了台湾，把全部的照片放在一本书里

在这时候，才被我同事教育到，世上有photobook这回事

最近，在网上看到photobook 有promotion

买了几款来试试看

不试还好，一试就就爱上到无可自拔

网上有几个company的，我是了两不同的公司

一个是 photobookmart,另一个是photobook

都是photobook好很多，我礼拜才交功课，拜二我就得到了我心爱的书

photobookmart呢，他迟了两个礼拜我才拿得到。有点失望咯
